Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) has launched an improved customer service phone system, introducing features like queue position notifications, callback options, and expanded support in Spanish.

The enhancements demonstrate PWP's dedication to meeting the diverse needs of its customers, reflecting the company's ongoing efforts to elevate the customer experience.

Pasadena Prepares for Egg Bowl: A Spring Festival at the Rose Bowl Stadium

Pasadena is gearing up for the Egg Bowl, an eagerly awaited egg hunt and spring festival to be held at the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium.

Organized by the City of Pasadena Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department and the Rose Bowl Stadium, the event is scheduled for Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The festivities will kick off with egg hunts for children up to 12 years old at 11 a.m., followed by additional hunts at 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Limited tickets for the free egg hunts will be available at CityOfPasadena.net/Reserve.

Online registration will open on Monday, March 4 at noon for Pasadena residents and on Friday, March 15 at noon for non-residents. It's essential to register all members of your group to ensure everyone can participate in the fun.
